Where you are, sites like this must check ages. Our start buttons lead to the partner site in a new tab, and that site runs the check itself.

Privacy Statement

A site that advises people on privacy should be plain about its own habits. So here they are, point by point. In short: you will find no sign-up, no visitor statistics, no ad tracking and not a single cookie of ours here. Nothing from an outside chat company runs on these pages; you only meet one if you press a start button yourself.

1. Page delivery

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts this site and hands each page to your browser. While doing so its systems process your IP address, an estimate of your country and, in the United States, your state, plus the browser type, device type, time and requested address. We rely on that estimate for one decision only: whether a notice about age checks is shown above the page. Beyond that we use these logs solely to keep the site running and to fend off attacks. Cloudflare’s own privacy policy describes its handling.

2. Your age confirmation

When you confirm the age check, your browser saves one local-storage item named 1oj.datemark. Its purpose is to remember that you confirmed being 18 or older, so the age check does not return on every visit. Its content is the word “circled” and the time of your click. It is kept for 30 days at most: after that the page treats it as expired, deletes it and asks again. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it from afar. Removing the site data of 1on1-jerk-off.com in your browser erases it sooner. Because this single item is strictly necessary for the age check and nothing else is stored, the site shows no cookie banner.

3. Contact messages

The contact form stores your message, the subject you picked and, if you add one, the address for a reply. Everything goes into a small key-value database within the Cloudflare account we run ourselves. No external form tool, email provider or captcha firm ever handles it. We use these notes for replies and for handling data or copyright requests, and every note expires on its own a year later; on request we remove it sooner.

4. The partner site ImLive

These pages carry no embedded chat, and while you read, your browser has no contact with any chat company. Every start button is an ordinary link that opens ImLive (by way of our redirect address /out), a webcam service run by an independent company, in a new tab. Only when you press one does your browser connect to that service, which then learns your IP address and a few technical facts about your device, and later whatever you share there. ImLive acts as a separate controller under its own privacy notice and terms, may place its own cookies and handles any account or payment. Nothing you see, say or type there passes through us.

5. Partner links

The start buttons first lead to the address /out on this domain. From there our server forwards you to the partner and adds a partner code made of this domain’s name plus a single word naming the device type (iphone, android or desktop), read from the user agent your browser sends. Nothing of this is stored by us. It lets the partner network credit this site for a visit and holds no name, address or other detail about you. Once you are over at the partner site, that company’s privacy and payment conditions take over.

6. Your rights

At any time you can find out which details about you we hold, receive a copy, have them corrected or deleted, or object to one particular use. In California the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, grants them; Europe and a growing list of US states grant much the same. We have never sold a single personal record, and no data goes to anyone for cross-context behavioral advertising either. Using your rights costs nothing and has no downside for you. Send your request through the contact form; our answer is dated no later than 45 days on.

7. Minors

The site is closed to them, and by design we gather no details about them. Should a message from a minor have reached us, say so and we erase it.

8. Changes to this statement

Any change in how we treat data is written into this statement before it takes effect, together with a new “last updated” date.
